To schedule yourself (as an individual) into a CPR / First Aid class please use the form on the CPR page. The link can also be used if you wish to arrange a course for a group of your colleagues or neighbors so that we can contact you regarding course scheduling.

* Even if a course is designated as Open Enrollment, attendees still need to use the form to request being registered for the course - to ensure the proper instructor to student ratio. Walk-ins are not guaranteed admittance. A confirmation will be sent - and we will attempt to honor your date request - however, the course may fill before your request is received and we will notify you if the class is full. It is best to register for classes early as most of our classes to do fill up! Please bring a copy of your confirmation to class for admittance.

If you are registering more than one student please register them using one (1) registration request. In the comments section reflect the date of the course as well as the names of the students being registered. The Subject field of your confirmation e-mail will reflect the correct number of students registered. Please be sure to forward the confirmation e-mail to all students you have registered.

Requirements to receive your cards:

Make checks payable to "Town of Holliston". Payment in full must be made prior to the end of the last scheduled class. Now available! Pay online.
Bring Self-Addressed Stamped envelope so that we can mail your certification card to you
If you are taking a "refresher" course, be sure to bring your old CPR or First Aid Card for our files. A copy of your current CPR or First Aid card is required to take a "refresher" course.
