On Sunday, December 28, personnel trained on ice rescue techniques at Mill Pond.

On Friday, December 19, personnel responded to numerous calls trees, poles, and wires down from a storm packing torrential downpours and strong winds. Many neighborhoods were without power for days.

On Sunday, December 7, Engines 1 and 4 responded to a car fire on Highland Street.

On Friday, December 5, the department responded to a structure fire at a Summer Street facility.

On Wednesday, December 3, Rescue 1 and Engine 4 investigated an inside odor on Bonney Drive.

  On Saturday, November 29, many visitors stopped by the fire station during the Holiday Stroll.

On Tuesday, November 25, the department responded to a structure fire on Norfolk Street. Personnel were assisted on scene with mutual aid from the Medway, Millis and Sherborn Fire Departments. The Fire & Explosion Investigation Unit assigned to the Office of the State Fire Marshal assisted with the investigation. 

On Tuesday, November 25, Engine 3 extinguished an outside fire in a compost bin on Concord Street.

On Sunday, November 23, Ladder 1 and Engine 1 responded to a chimney fire on Norfolk Street.

On Thursday, November 20, the department dropped off non-perishable food donations to the Holliston Pantry Shelf.

On Monday, November 10, the department responded to a trash fire at a solid waste and recycling facility on Washington Street. 

On Thursday, November 6, the department responded to a basement fire on Church Street.

On Sunday, November 2, a medical patient was transported to Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center by Boston MedFlight 4 from a landing zone off Norfolk Street.

On Saturday, November 1, a trauma patient was transported to Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center by Boston MedFlight 4 from a landing zone on South Street.

On Saturday, October 25, a trauma patient was transported to UMass Memorial Medical Center, University Campus, in Worcester by Boston MedFlight 4 from a landing zone on Hollis Street.

On Tuesday, October 7, members of the department conducted live fire training at the Medway Fire Department.

On Monday, October 6, Chief Cassidy visited a preschool during Fire Prevention Week.

On Sunday, September 7, members of the department were recognized by the American Legion with the Medal of Merit.

On Monday, August 18, the department conducted a fast water drill on Woodland Street.

On Tuesday, August 12, the department stopped by the Holliston Farmer's Market for Public Safety Night.

On Wednesday, August 6, members of the Rescue Team drilled on rescue over ladder procedures using a Stokes Basket.

On Wednesday, August 6, members of the department assisted a Boston University School of Medicine graduate student at the Field Research Facility on Woodland Street.

  On Monday, August 4, members of the department presented at the August session of the Holliston Police Department's Junior Police Academy.

On Friday, August 1, Rescue 1, Engine 1, Engine 3, and an ambulance from Ashland Fire responded to a motor vehicle crash on Prentice Street. The patient was transported by Boston MedFlight 7 to UMass Memorial Medical Center, University Campus in Worcester by from a landing zone at Milford Regional Medical Center.

On Sunday, July 20, a trauma patient was transported to Boston Medical Center by Boston MedFlight from a landing zone on Hollis Street.

On Friday, May 30, Rescue 1, Engine 2, and Engine 3 responded to a gas leak on Baker Street. Eversource Gas was notified and responded.

  On Tuesday, May 20, Rescue 1, Engine 3, and both ambulances responded to a motor vehicle crash on Ashland Street. Multiple patients were transported to UMass Memorial Medical Center, University Campus in Worcester.

On Monday, May 19, a medical patient was transported to Boston Medical Center by Boston MedFlight from a landing which had been secured on South Street.

  On Thursday, May 15, the department responded to a fire in a dust collection system on October Hill Road.

On Tuesday, May 13, the department responded to a trailer fire on Central Street.

On Wednesday, April 30, Engine 2 and Forest Fire 2 responded to an outside fire on the shoulder of the road on Washington Street.

On Wednesday, April 23, the department responded to a structure fire on Central Street. 

On Thursday, April 10, a medical patient was transported by UMass Memorial LifeFlight to UMass Memorial Medical Center, University Campus, in Worcester from a landing zone that had been secured off Norfolk Street.

On Saturday, March 29, members of the department participated in the American Lung Association Fight for Air Climb in Boston.

On Friday, March 28, a trauma patient was transported by Boston MedFlight to UMass Memorial Medical Center, University Campus in Worcester, from a landing zone which had been secured on Hollis Street.

  On Sunday, March 23, a trauma patient was transported by Boston MedFlight to Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center from a landing zone which had been secured on Hollis Street.

On Thursday, March 13, Engine 1, Engine 4 and the Department of Conservation and Recreation Bureau of Forest Control responded to a brush fire on Adams Street.

On Thursday, February 6, Chief Cassidy represented Holliston Drug and Alcohol Awareness Coalition at the Gaylord National Resort & Convention Center for CADCA's 35th Annual Leadership Forum, presenting a workshop on the importance of having fire departments in community coalitions.

On Monday, February 3, department members reviewed ice rescue procedures during the regularly scheduled fire training meeting.

On Friday, January 31, Chief Cassidy represented the department as a celebrity server during the Holliston Pantry Shelf's 15th Annual SOUPer Bowl fundraiser.

On Wednesday, January 22, the department responded to a report of smoke in the building on Rolling Meadow Drive.

On Wednesday, January 8, the Chief Cassidy stopped by the Holliston Public Library for an in-person Story Time.
